Stephanie’s first profession is an English-qualified solicitor. She trained and worked with renowned international law firms based in the City of London as a banking and finance specialist. In this phase of her career, she had the exposure to a broad range of industries, including shipping, aviation, transportation, financial institutions, oil & gas and insurances.
She relocated from London to Hong Kong in 2006 where she held a number of senior roles in the legal function of the wholesale banking division in an international bank. As a senior legal executive, she played a key part in the expansion of the bank’s special situations team across Asia and Middle East where she develop a high-performing team of lawyers to support the bank globally, achieving amazing financial results in a downturned global market.
