Ann is the founder and CEO of Performance Impact. She is a highly experienced, programme director and an exceptionally gifted executive coach.
For over twenty-five years she has worked with executives, senior leaders and their teams to significantly impact performance at both the individual and the company level in Europe, Asia and the USA. She held leadership and executive roles in Hewlett Packard, CIGNA International and Jones Lang LaSalle, with the last ten years of her corporate career being spent as either European or World HR Director.
