Commercial terms for client engagement
We provide every client with a formal proposal that sets out our understanding of the clients requirements and the scope of work that is proposed. All work is agreed in writing before it is undertaken by Performance Impact.
Should there be circumstances that result in the scope of agreed work changing in a material way, if this results in additional work beyond what has been set out in our formal proposal, this is discussed with the principal client and agreed in writing before the additional work is undertaken.
