Programme content and style

Our leadership programmes utilises the Performance Impact proprietary consulting methodology called Realising Performance Potential©. This methodology integrates strategic thinking, business planning and the real-time development of leaders in a highly effective, practical and results orientated way. Application of our proprietary Realising Performance Potential methodology transforms conceptual knowledge about leadership into experiential knowledge, skills and results.

During our leadership programmes participants are introduced to a range of powerful leadership tools and approaches that facilitate the creation of challenging, supportive, entrepreneurial work environments, producing exceptional results.

Our programmes focuses on participants applying what they learn in order to make a substantial, quickly noticeable difference to the situations they encounter at work; on “real-playing” these situations; on receiving personal feedback and on “modelling” the leadership style that is most effective in the challenging environments in which organisations operate.
