The Performance Impact team come from a wide range of professional backgrounds that mirror the needs and professions of our clients. The majority of our team were Performance Impact clients before choosing to join us.

 

Founder and CEO

Ann Bates is the CEO and founding principal of Performance Impact. Ann’s is a highly experienced change leader, programme director and coach. For over twenty five years she has worked with executives, senior leaders and their teams to significantly impact performance at both the individual and the company level in Europe, Asia and the USA. She held leadership and executive roles in Hewlett Packard, CIGNA International and Jones Lang LaSalle, with the last ten years of her line career being spent as either European or World HR Director.

Ann has contributed to producing excellent commercial results and to the personal success of numerous executives and professionals who faced demanding situations such as merger, acquisition, outsourcing, rapid growth, requirements for profit improvement and transition from private to public ownership and vice versa. She developed the Realising Performance Potential© consulting methodology which is the proprietary approach used by Performance Impact. Ann’s life’s work is about supporting people to experience success and personal fulfilment through their work.

Each of our consultants has fifteen to twenty five years commercial experience, combined with a deep understanding of what it takes for individual, teams and organisations to realise their potential.

Our international team has worked with companies as diverse as AXA, Robert Walters Plc, SAS, Barclays Capital, Mouchel, MACE Group, Lowe Advertising, Standard & Poor’s, Local and Central Government as well as with not for profit organisations. We have undertaken assignments for clients in Europe, Asia and the USA requiring us to work with people from over one hundred different nationalities around the world.
