For over 10 years Nikki held HR leadership roles in large UK based organisations and in premium brand multinational organisations. She has also worked as a consultant designing and implementing bespoke development solutions for a wide range of client groups.

As a client of Performance Impact, Nikki personally experienced the transformational impact of the Performance Impact approach. This ignited her motivation to develop her own coaching skills and expertise delivering transformational development programmes. Alison has held executive and leadership positions during her career and is experienced across a diverse range of industry sectors including FMCG, Retail, Telecoms, Transport and IT, both in the UK and internationally.

Jackie is an experienced executive coach and programme leader. With over 20 years business experience, Jackie has worked in a range of organisations including academic institutions, internet start-ups and large telecoms companies; latterly managing £1.6bn of revenue for T-Mobile bringing new products and services to the market.

She has partnered with companies including Heinz, Tesco, Royal Bank of Scotland, Allianz, BT, Net-a-Porter, Jamie Oliver and Accenture. In the last 3 years, Jackie has worked with social visionaries providing coaching, events and trainings to create breakthrough models and frameworks for increased social impact combined with commercial growth.
